Guatemala body certifies Arevalo’s presidential victory but his party is suspended

Guatemala’s Supreme Electoral Tribunal on Monday declared progressive Bernardo Arévalo the winner of the country’s presidential election, shortly after another government body suspended his Seed Movement party.
