Denmark wins coveted Bocuse d’Or culinary competition

Denmark has won this year’s Bocuse D’or culinary competition, pipping host and defending champion France to the top prize. Named for famed French Chef Paul Bocuse, the competition is held every two years in Lyon, France, and is considered the world’s toughest test of chefs’ cooking skills.
